        • This building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
        • This building was scheduled to be renovated for residential use as part of the Artsgarden Tower project, which was canceled in 2002. Instead it was renovated as part of the Conrad Indianapolis & Residences.
        • The basement is dedicated to parking and the first two floors contain restaurant and hotel space for the adjacent Conrad.
        • It has been physically united with the adjoining Taylor Building at Taylor Building, taking the new address 26 West Washington in the process.
        • Floors 3 through 10 contain up to three apartments within the old Goodman Building floorplate.
